Free Public Transport Tickets for Conference Attendees

We are pleased to announce that free public transport tickets will be provided to all attendees of the conference. These tickets will be valid from July 22nd to July 26th. You can pick up your ticket at the information desk at the University of Vienna upon arrival. Enjoy convenient and complimentary travel throughout the city during the conference!

Session 1 + 2: Please put up your poster by Monday 11 am and take it down by Wednesday 1 pm.

Session 3 + 4: Please put up your poster from Wednesday 1 pm and take it down by Friday 6.30 pm.


Don’t forget to print your poster before your trip. Please bring your poster in portrait format A0 (84,1 cm x 118,9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches).

Please log in to your participant profile and upload your ePoster to the online gallery by Sunday, 21 July.


Oral Presentation

Each session is scheduled for 20 minutes, which includes a 15-minute presentation and a 5-minute discussion where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions. You will be able to upload your presentation on-site at the time of registration at the Speakers’ desk. Presentations should be in PDF format and provided three hours before your scheduled session.

Please note that unfortunately it is not possible to use your own laptops during presentation, and it is not possible to have a preview when you are presenting. We apologize for any inconvenience.
